Walkers, kayakers and sailors have been able to get an up close view of the last remaining ship from the Falklands War.
RFA Argus was decommissioned in February after more than 40 years of service and arrived in Falmouth in March, despite a £6.5m refit last year in Falmouth.
Cornwall Council said Argus was currently being moored on the River Fal on behalf of shipbuilding and repair company A&P Falmouth. A Royal Navy spokesperson said: “There are no confirmed plans for the disposal of RFA Argus and no current plans for regeneration.”
RFA Argus was launched in 1981 as a commercial vessel but taken over by the MOD for use in the 1982 Falklands War when it was used as aircraft transport.
